out there in france: not as good as the double but still a drinkeable beer. pushing the envelope a little too much here. alcohol feel and sweet malty caramel toffee flavors.....some molasses. too sweet for me. drink the others you’ll be more happy.

This was a wonderful beer. It turned me on to trappist ales, though none have reached the pinacle that this one did. Sweet but not cloying. The smoothness masks how strong this beer is.

Buena cerveza de abadia, aunque se podria esperar mas de una cerveza de abadia triple y belga ;)

I was expecting alot more from this brew.Frothy white head, medium carbonation.thin golden body. The alcohol was well hidden behind a taste that i just can´t put my finger on.This beer bored me.

Nice dark golden colour with normal head. Very high content of CO2. Aroma is sweet with some alkohol. Flavor is malty with the alkohol very evident. Some bitterness in the end.

Bottle Conditoned. Fruity esters, well hidden alcohol. This was tasty, but suffers a little from an odd taste.

A smooth balanced triple that went excellently with heavy stew. Not strongly yeasty, it was not too hoppy, nor too spicey, which was appreciated by the tongue. Warming and clean finish.
