kappldav123 (1790), Markkleeberg, Germany Oct 28, 2009 The bottle looks simple, the beer in the glass not very zippy, strange brownish head. Starts mild, modest sourish, notes of lemon. Finish more and more dry and floury. Nothing special! nuplastikk (1161), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Oct 3, 2009 Draft at Birrerria Paradiso, sodl as St. Fueillien Blanche. Cloudy and hazy, almost opaque tan. Vanilla-wheat aroma. Big foamy head. Creamy and yeasty, with some vanilla and lemony wheat tastes. Light citrus, very smooth and refreshing...and quite fresh. A touch fuller and thicker than a typical Wit. Well done, nice depth. LilBeerDoctor (1480), East Setauket, New York, USA Jun 22, 2009 On tap at Sunset Grill. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head. Aroma of light yeast and bready malt and sweet fruit. Flavor of mint gumdrops, sweet bready yeast. Decent beer.

Herby (coriander) aroma. Full palate bit sparkling. Finish is herby, bit spicy ending slightly dry. Slayer85 (582), Firenze, Italy Mar 27, 2009 Bottle (5,5% ABV). A hazy pale golden beer with a huge and persistent white head. The aroma is not so strong and is wheaty, with notes of coriander, orange peel and very light hops. The flavour has a moderate sweetness and some acidity. Some spiciness. Light body, lively/fizzy carbonation, not so long finish with light bitterness. Very watery, thin and above all boring. thewolf (5635), Kolding, Denmark Mar 14, 2009 Bottle, bought @ Bierpalais, Brügge.
Pours muddy pale yellow with a fine, staying, frothy, white head. Nice fruity aroma, lots of wheat, citrus and grapefruit. Highish carbonation with small bubbles, lightly watery texture. Flavour is sweet, lightly dry and grainy. The fruitiness is a bit subdued in the flavour, sadly. But still a rather fine wit.
