Pours muddy pale yellow with a fine, staying, frothy, white head. Nice fruity aroma, lots of wheat, citrus and grapefruit. Highish carbonation with small bubbles, lightly watery texture. Flavour is sweet, lightly dry and grainy. The fruitiness is a bit subdued in the flavour, sadly. But still a rather fine wit.

Sep 29, 2008 A pleasent, pure wit. Medium yellow and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma has some faint notes of citrus, lemon and spice. Flavor is moderate acidic. Dry, watery texture.

Aug 17, 2008 Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. yellow colour. Powerfull yeasty aroma. Actually more hefenotes than witt. Not much fruity power. Short finish, almost no bitterness. Watery palate.
