Présence d’un moyen col crémeux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes et de coriandre. La durée de l’arrière goût est moyenne. Mar 1, 2006 Hazy pale yellow hue, with a frothy white head, but falls quickly, nice coriander spiciness coming first, with notes of citrus and a lemony and pineapple accent, and a soft wheaten aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate, with a zesty citrusy and lemony character, even with a note of star fruit, light spicy flavors, a smooth mountfeel of lactic note, leading towards a lingering yeasty and wheaty finish.

Jan 13, 2006 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with big foamy white head. Wheat, yeast, some fruits and weak skunky notes in aroma. Rich carbonation. Flavour is surprisingly sour, mainly of wheat, yeast and some fruity hints. Very dry palate, acidic sting in finish. Wheat and yeast in aftertaste.

Jan 12, 2006 Bottled. Hazy yellow with a rích white head. The aroma isthat of wheat, yeast and fruits. The flavour, well, there is rich carbonation here, something you can feel on the tongue. You can taste the wheat, it’s quite watery and it has a dry acidic aftertaste.
