Sep 3, 2005 Draught Really opaque beer, orange-yellow; orangey tinted head, quite tenacious. Coriander in LA-A-A-ARGE amounts, bit of citrus, thyme arome too. Coriander less obtrusive in the taste; sweet, with a little back-tongue adstringency. Citrus retronasal. Precious little else. Refreshing, yes, but then it’s served freezing cold - by the brewery! Light bodied. Another "blanche". Hooray!

Jul 28, 2005 (Bottled) Very hazy yellow-orange color with a mesium, firm head. Quite spicy, fruity, sourish and pleasantly dry aroma. Dryish and slightly sour, wheaty flavor. Reasonably crisp and refreshing palate with quite high carbonation. A very pleasant and well-balanced witbier.

Big orange aroma. Hazy, light yellow color. Huge white creamy head, much carbonation. Refreshing, spicy (koriander) flavor, light sweet, orange notes, a bit artificial. Short end, but i like this thirst quetching style.

Dec 9, 2004 Dull herbal-floral aroma, no citrus and not spicy. Grassy. Hazy golden body with white foamy lacing head. Medium watery body with medium-high carbonation. Starts with mild sweetness, malty, and just a bit of hops. Grassy and herbal, but lacks the typical citrus or spicy quality that a nice witbier has. Odd off flavor, chemical like acetate or something. Not very refreshing, with mild astringent after.
