Sweet, fruity and light yeasty beer both in aroma and flavour. Quite easy to drink and very fresh, but also a bit too bland. Is thin and watery. Ends on a light spiced and fruity note. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 5, 2006 Totally filtered golden ale nevertheless presenting a long-lasting, large white cover with belgian lace. Highly grainy maltiness and a hefty dose of coriander pretty much annihilate any other flavor component, making the beer bi-dimensional. The yeast never manages to impart much character besides dullish breadiness and redundant esters that walk hand in hand with the coriander. Quite fizzy on the tongue as well, which does not help to improve its taste range. So the bottom line is that this could have been interesting and I’d be curious to try a version with the appropriate palate, e.g. not drowned in coriander and thinness from the filtration. spodude (10), Belgium

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 17, 2006 (25cl bottle) Pours a huge, frothy cloud of a white head with a hazy golden body. Nose of mild citrus, oranges, yeast and coriander spice. Flavour is a tad thin, mildly milky within a good yeasty tongue. All in all average but would be daily very drinkable.
