Jun 9, 2005 Gold to faint orange beer; small white head, whipped-cream like, leaving some lace. Chalk, a bit milky nose, going over in citrus. Some hops, pale malts and background citrus in the taste. Rather dry start, mellowing without becoming really sweet. Well-carbonated, light body. Very light, refreshing beer. Surprisingly pleasing.

May 16, 2005 Bottle from Open All Hours, Keswick. Pleasantly quaffable Belgian Blond. Miles better than Leffe, with better hop character, and good aroma from the yeast.
