Commercial Description:
Grisette Blonde is a pale ale that is very refreshing in summer. When drunk at a moderate temperature, it releases aromas of a richness that it is seldom found in other beers of this strength. Its head is smooth and white. It has a light yellow colour.

Blond coloured beer with lots of carbonation and an average white head. Fruity hoppy bitter aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is fruity and nice hoppy bitter.

A very nice beer and a well-executed concept: a blond flavor profile with pilsner strength. The result--a beer that’s as clearly refreshing as it is clearly a break from a pilsner, wheat or other low-octane brews. A real winner for its strength.

Bottle @ Maria tasting. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, yeast. Flavour is sweet, fruit, yast, malt, spices. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle, thx to fonefan. It pours and almost clear, golden body under a decent white head. Fruity and citrusy aroma with a little cellar note. Fruity flavor too, with pale malt and a little spicyness, leading to a dry, fruity finish. Medium mouthfeel. Sure a quaffable beer, but it’s rather boring. Nothing wrong with it, except that it’s weak and next to uninteresting. (080412)

Bottle, 4.5%. Weak aroma of citric fruit. Hazy golden colour. Sparkling. Good, stable white head. The flavour has some citric fruit, slightly teaish. There is a thin malt base which does not really hold up to a weak but rough hop flavour.
