Aug 27, 2006 Bottle. Nice red / dark fuschia body with low carbonation and a decent pink foamy head. Good fruity (raspberry, cherry) aroma. Taste is refreshing, but it ends with a rather short fruity/sour finish. Without being a great fruit beer, that one is quite enjoyable on a hot summer afternoon.

Jul 16, 2006 (25cl bottle) Purchased through the Bieropholie/SAQ private imports. Pours a huge pink frothy head with a deep red copper body. Raspberry jam nose and flavour. Taste of tart milk mixed in.

Jul 11, 2006 Bouteille de 250 ml obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Arôme: Odeur de framboises. Apparence: La couleur est rouge foncé avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col rose mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de cerises et de framboises. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps et la texture sont mince. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Présence d’amertume de framboises en arrière goût. (Rating #545)

Jun 5, 2006 Tap @ random diner-ish place in Brussels. Ar: clean frambois, blackberry, mullberry. Ap: lindeman red w pink head. f: sweet, tinge of sour, plenty of black and redberry. p: sugary syrup light. O: lindemans type. doesn’t bother but obviously is not high quality. Somehow seems to be be associated with St. Feuillien according to literature in cafe(!)

May 29, 2006 Bordeaux-red coloured with some light sprankling and an average pink head. Zweet-sour fruity aroma (cherries, raspberry) Little wooden- stone-like touch. Medium sweet-sour body. FInish is a little more sour and some tartness, with again a wooden touch and a light sweet, peppery raspberry finish.
