| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 4, 2007 Light straw color, super-filtered appearance - light bready aroma, with faint british hops, and some caramel - diacytl dominates the flavor (serious butterscotch, folks), which I guess is this ber trying to be "british," but even the brits know when enough is enough - slight mineral/hard water qualities at least make this not the only thing I taste - long, lingering buttery popcorn taste - man. apoptosis (1316), Long Island, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 27, 2007 Updated: Jul 4, 2007This is quite a drinkable beer, although probably not truly representative of its style. Light and easy to drink in this hot weather. It is slightly hoppy and only a tad "bitter". It has a pleasant maltiness that keeps the flavor and aroma light. Tastes very much like a lager, maybe an Octoberfest. In bottles it is a good session beer. GuilTTy (538), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | May 19, 2007 Cloudy amber coloured body with orange tints and a thin white head. Aroma of fresh hops with some caramel malt tucked in. Medium-bodied; Strong english flavoured hops with some malt and toffee thrown in the mix. Aftertaste shows more hops and a lot of cardboard. Overall, a decent bitter - nothing horrible and nothing superb. I sampled this 12 ounce bottle purchased from Oliver’s Beverage in Albany, New York on 19-May-2007.
