Apr 23, 2002 Beautiful cloudy reddish brown appearance. Acidic, very flowery nose with a some citrus notes. Medium body, a hint of pine needles. Balanced bitter finish. The acidity is quite dominant, and I’m afraid my bottle was rather oxidized.

Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (070808)

Aug 16, 2008 Cask@GBBF2008. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is wood and nectar along with some mild notes of caramel and flowery hops. Flavour is sour wood, nectar, mild vanilla as well as some mild fruits. Wooden and grassy bitter finish & aftertaste.
