Black, thick rich head. Coffee and oreo aroma. Palate is oddly crisp and dry. Flavor is coffee again, plus some flinty or stone-like notes. Maybe some hints of raisin in the finish. Pretty tasty stout.

Thanks SuIIy for this Stout! pours a dark brown with a small tan head. notes of chocolate, coffee, roasted malts. Dry, some sweetness with a nice bitter finnish. unsurprisingly, there aren’t any boozy notes. makes this a good session stout.

Way over carbonated. glass filled with foam instantly. After it settled down the head disapated to a very thin line. color was nice. Aroma was also good. Roasted malt flavor is abundent. Deep, dark rich palate. BUT. This beer is only 4.1%?

Black body and a tan head. Roasted malt and chocolate aroma. Bitter dark chocolate predominates the taste. Roasted malts. Light to medium bodied. Could be a lot fuller for a stout. Coffee aftertaste.

Nitro, tap... Poured black with a thick khaki head. Faint malts on the nose. Thick, silky and creamy palate. Strong candy sugars and caramel popcorn. Mild bitterness with milk-like, creamy grains. Other coffee and camp fire-like smoked flavors before a chalky finish.

12 oz bottle at the Amherst Ale House. Pretty typcial stout. Dark cream colored head which seemed over carbonated, normal chocolate/coffee flavors. Not bad but nothing extrordinary.

Taste with William on 30.03.09. From bottle. Very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma nice roasty, coffee. Medium body. Taste roasted, coffee, with a bittersweetness. Dry. Good.
