It is black indeed and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma is roasted with notes of licorice and the flavour has a roasted bitterness, a light sweetness, notes of licorice, coffee and hints of citrus. It’s rather light but yet with character, especially when I think of the rather low ABV! 2456
