The appearance is amber with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma with an astringent bitterness and a caramel malt finish. The palate is thin but smooth. Overall it’s decent. rocbyter (923), Waterbury, Connecticut, USA

I like the label and the concept of a Halloween ale. it is a nice, hoppy brew. The style was hard to figure out - it seemed like a marzen to me. The flavor is bready and enjoyable.
