Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 14, 2007 Cask at GBBF 2007. A dark amber beer with a thin dark beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, hops, and elder flowers. The flavor is very sweet and malty, combined with notes of caramel, hops, grass, and grapefruit, leading to a dry bitter finish. oh6gdx (6460), Vaasa, Finland Aug 24, 2007 Cask@GBBF2007. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and slightly wooden. Flavour is the same, but a lot of grassyness has come along. Really dry palate. kp (6300), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Sep 14, 2008Date: 04/28/1999
