Dec 14, 2007 Cask at GBBF 2007. A dark amber beer with a thin dark beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, hops, and elder flowers. The flavor is very sweet and malty, combined with notes of caramel, hops, grass, and grapefruit, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Aug 27, 2007 Cask gravity @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear medium amber color with a small, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, orange, citrus, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Aug 24, 2007 Cask@GBBF2007. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and slightly wooden. Flavour is the same, but a lot of grassyness has come along. Really dry palate.

Gravicask at GBBF. Amber colour with a slight head. Crisp American hops all round. Sharp and moreish. Slight notes of alcohol and malt. Soapy note to the aroma lets it down a little. Pleasant mouthfeel. Not bad at all.
