Commercial Description:
Original Pub Style is a light copper-colored medium-bodied with a nice dry bite at the finish. A subtle combination of Cascade and Willamette hops give this ale a fine floral aroma and a slightly fruity aftertaste. The taste captures the freshness of a hand-crafted brew pub ale that goes right from the conditioning tank to your glass!

Bottle from Total Wine. I hope the pub in Maine is cooler than the brews. Maybe you have to be there to "feel" their brews because I am definitely not feeling the two that I have had so far. Pours copper-gold. Slightly hoppy with bitter grains and grass notes. Malts as per usual and some pepper.I ends there. I was left wondering if I had consumed anything at all. There’s some work to be done here fellas.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a light orange gold with a....wait the head is already gone. Sweet malty aroma, slightly spicy like a belgian. Tastes like a bland balance of malt and hop slightly heavier of on the sweeter / malt side. Slightly watery. I guess this beer would be good for eating with, other than that, it’s nothing special.

Bottle. Pours a fall like rustic amber orange body with a mostly white head. Faint floral hoppiness with some light dried fruit and cereal malts. A tad bread y and drying with a thin light body. Some light dull moth y character and a hint of soap. Not so good.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent uncarbonated light orange colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was malty. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt and hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

Dark orange, no head. Bready, maybe slightly rye-ish aroma. Nicely malty flavor, a little sweet, mildly hoppy finish. Not bad, but maybe a little bland.

On tap at Stubbies in Gainesville, FL. Pours a slightly hazy/translucent light yellow with a two-finger white cap that has excellent retention and good lacing. Aroma of buttermilk biscuit, bready malt, a little grassy. Taste is all buttermilk biscuit, butterscotch, and bready malt with some decent dried English balancing hops. Very easy to drink, creamy, smooth, and a solid session beer. But lacks the citrus or spicy hops I’ve come to enjoy in an APA. This would do well as a cream ale or golden ale.

This is a standard pale ale, no more, no less, just a solid brew for what it is. Drink this if you want consistency with your beer.

Very average beer. For me it started fry and finished slighty sweet. I didn’t care for it, will skip it next time
