Commercial Description:
Original Pub Style is a light copper-colored medium-bodied with a nice dry bite at the finish. A subtle combination of Cascade and Willamette hops give this ale a fine floral aroma and a slightly fruity aftertaste. The taste captures the freshness of a hand-crafted brew pub ale that goes right from the conditioning tank to your glass!

[Cask at GBBF 2004] An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet grassy combined with notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet with notes of peach and alcohol running over the tongue leading to a dry hoppy end. A boring beer.

Bright, light amber colour. Toasty, fruity hops and Ringwood esters. Crisp, toasty body. Blackberry esters noted. The finish is quick, slightly fruity and somewhat refreshing. One of those deja vu beers.

12oz bottle-pours a big foamy off white head and gold color. Aroma is mild grain/medium malt, flat (English) hops, maybe some spice, cardboard, (coffee?). Taste is medium malt-some sweet caramel, earthy hops, fruit, some herbal/musty, yeast? Dryness in the finish. Rather middle of the road EPA and lack luster finish. Mild carbonation.

Clear straw colored. Diminishing white cover. Very mild aroma of floral hops and a bit too grainy malt. Lemony and flowery dry palate. Simple. Refreshing without seeking to be more. Light to medium body, high carbonation. A pale ale with no pretention.

Bottle... Clear amber ale with an orange tint and a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Biscuity, sweaty nose. Light to medium-bodied with modest carbonation. Lightly acidic and mildly bitter, but mostly nondescript... inoffensive. Crisp, lightly tangy finish. The bottle may have been a bit off or oxidized. Easy to get, so I’ll revisit.

[Cask conditioned] Strange and unpleasant eggy aroma. Light fruity flavour. Very boring.
