How many pitchers of this shit did we drink? I swear it was lots!
Gots me a light orange / amber brew that is just plain old too light in the colour department. A very unsustainable white cap but, hey, when I’m getting pints that are nearly to the rim it is expected. Smells like orange, peach, fake grapefruit, some biscuit, a touch of caramel - too fruity and sweet. The taste is bleh - too sweet, ok malt content and as for the hops - I think they have tried for more of an English style here which is fine. It’s a bit over carbonated with a so-so bitter finish. Comes across fake, but I still drank litres of it. More of a mild celebration than the night before in Radium where me and Cirhossis got totally decimated.

"Light brown body that has a slight glow, just a small skiff of a cap. Aroma is very mild but this probly because the beer is still cold. Flavor is bitter with a rubbing alcohol finish . aroma is coming out now that beer is warm, melon and some caramel. But now the beer is warm the flavor has become less bitter and more sweet. The alcohol has also turned into a woody flavor, peach is also starting turn up. Ok to drink but doest compare to other much better IPA’s."

Draught at the brewpub, I don’t know if it’s this IPA...
Amber color. Too simple, as all their other beers; there is some caramel flavor, less roasty than the darker beers, and more hopping, but the hop doesn’t give any character. Similar to some not-so-interesting English IPA (Marston’s comes to mind).

Draft at brewpub. Pours copper/gold colour. Small white head. Aroma was on the malty side, very little hop. Flavour has some nice crystally malts with some light citrus hop flavours. Some grapefruit in the finish. Needed a bit more hopping in my opinion.

Draft at the brewpub; Copper and silently still and little head by the time it got to me. bit of a metallic-hop aroma, but quite restrained. At first, this comes across as very malty. At first I start to change my mind, but after it sits a while, I go back to my original impression ... starkly malty brew with a substantial yet caged-in hoppiness, which doesn’t control the beer, just quietly contrbutes. Decent beer, just not an IPA for the hopheads. (#2883, 5/14/2007)

Clear orange amber, creamy almond head, strong lacing. Rock candy and stonefruit aromas, makes my mouth water! Fruity hop character dominates, but is well supported by generous sweet malt. Moderately dry finish. If they bottled this it would be on my list of summertime favourites!

This was a nice IPA overall although nothing really stood out.

with its amber color, orange and spice in the nose and a nice sweet malt backbone provides the spicy orange pekoe mouth into a mildly bitter finish. The finish was a little disappointing as I was hoping for more of a kick after a complex beginning, but still a great beer.
