JoeM500 (1877), Chicago (little italy), Illinois, USA Nov 8, 2004 Very soft body from a dark amber beer, no head or carbonation. Peaty vanilla hints in the nose, but flavor is so light! Some paety and roasted malt hints in there but just too light. hotstuff (3045), Indiana, USA Oct 30, 2004 Rated at the Grizzly Peak Brewing Co. Poured a small, smooth off-white head with excellent lacing, uncarbonated, and mostly transparent with a reddish brown hue. Aroma of this beer was malty and some hops. Flavor was malty and somewhat burnt-roasty tasting. Smooth, watery, thin mouthfeel. thedm (3406), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Oct 19, 2004 This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of finely sized long lasting off-white colored bubbles that left behind an excellent sheet of lacing. The body contained no carbonation, was semi-transparent and dark brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of smooth and mild malts. Its mouth feel is initially slightly tingly flat and smooth with a lingering slightly tingly palate. Its flavor contained flat malty nitro notes. A very average brew.
