Nov 8, 2009 Good, slighlty ochre head, over light copper-gold beer. Very flowery nose, unripe fruity, strawberry, delicate but obviously psiced; Sweet-sourish initially, ending in just bitter-roasted, with hard gingerbread speculoos, toasted malts with some bitterness. Medium bodied, slickness, just a hint of alcohol in the finish. Very nice nose. Balanced beer, but it bores quickly.

Aroma fruits, malts, hops.
Medium body.
Taste refreshing, first sweet malts, fruits, bitterness.
A good tripel.

Jul 13, 2009 From bottle at The Beer Brothers Zomerbierfestival, Mechelen. Intensely yellow, small head. Fruitry aroma with some sourness. Well-balanced sour fruit flavours, matching well with sweet malts. Fizzy. Not bad.
