| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 8, 2009 Good, slighlty ochre head, over light copper-gold beer. Very flowery nose, unripe fruity, strawberry, delicate but obviously psiced; Sweet-sourish initially, ending in just bitter-roasted, with hard gingerbread speculoos, toasted malts with some bitterness. Medium bodied, slickness, just a hint of alcohol in the finish. Very nice nose. Balanced beer, but it bores quickly. Jerre (1755), Waregem, Belgium

Fruitry aroma with some sourness. Well-balanced sour fruit flavours, matching well with sweet malts. Fizzy. Not bad.
