Clear amber colour with a small but lasting head. Aroma of fruits, caramel malts, grains, and flowery. Malty flavor, sweet, and medium bitterness. Medium body, not watery at all (except by the finish). Well rounded and refreshing, very surprising beer.

Sep 28, 2008 Pours deep amber into a shaker. Fluffy off-white pancake batter head leaves spotty sheets. Stale caramel aromas. Crisp with deep sweet caramel upfront and a dry malty finish.

Aug 26, 2008 Nutmeg caramel nose, some slight hop spice.Crystal clear amber color with a frothy head. light malty sweetness, considerable bitterness. Well carbonated, thinner body, slightly astringent mouth feel, nice balanced finish. A very easy drinking beer with better than average bitterness for an Amber Ale.
