Pours a very crystal clear light brown ale, with orange hints and a nice sized creamy/rocky off white head.
The aroma is strange and subdued like a sickly lager.
The taste also is rather odd,like regular grolsch with some malts added..the bitterness shows at the end, but as this goes on its not quite the disaster I thought ar first..ok.
The mouthfeel seem to be the best aspect of this beer, its rather lush and smooth and with a nice hoppy bitter after taste.
A drinkable brew no doubt..and it was ok IMO, but not one i would reach for with better beers available

Sep 28, 2008 Pours deep amber into a shaker. Fluffy off-white pancake batter head leaves spotty sheets. Stale caramel aromas. Crisp with deep sweet caramel upfront and a dry malty finish.

Aug 26, 2008 Nutmeg caramel nose, some slight hop spice.Crystal clear amber color with a frothy head. light malty sweetness, considerable bitterness. Well carbonated, thinner body, slightly astringent mouth feel, nice balanced finish. A very easy drinking beer with better than average bitterness for an Amber Ale.
