Fruity smell, melon. Taste is quite sweet, maybe a little too much. Def doesn’t taste like a 11,6 percent beer, more like a spring bock.

330 ml bottle. Golden color, frothy white head. Alcoholic aroma with malty notes. Fairly sweet caramel flavot with a LOT of alcohol. Full body, medium carbonation. Blech. I doubt I’d buy this again even if it was the ONLY thing available.

330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Pale gold, tiny head. Sweet almond aroma and brightly coloured synthetic pencil erasers. Pleasant carbonation, simple soft body, but woh - duz de booze goze up ze noze or what! However, it’s curiously tasty, and doesn’t taste as strong as it really is, it’s only up to about 8-9% on the burn stakes. Just don’t let the vapours go up your nose. Finish is malts and adjuncts, or the fermentation products thereof. Go out and buy a Het Anker to assuage your guilt for wasting money on this nonsense.

Too strong, too alcoholic. Not a good balance. The alcohol is too dominant.

30 cl. bottle. Nice but very powerful. This beer is for men, not for less evolved unvertebrates.

Bottle 30cl. @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, sugar, alcohol, mazipan notes. Flavor is light heavy sweet with a long to average duration, and a alcohol - peppery after burn. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. This beer is too strong to be a beer. Alcohol is not well hidden, it is way too present.
