(33cl bottle, courtesy of bierkoning) Hazy, mahogany colour with a huge and dense tanned foamy head. Dusty, toast-malty and nutty nose with a light fruity background and cacao. Sweet, slightly bitter flavour, hardly medium bodied, a bit fizzy carbonation. Dark malty, moderately toasty taste with dried berries, cacao and caramel towards the finish, which is furthermore pretty slim but balanced.

Mar 4, 2008 Hazy brown colour, tan head. Aroma has some fruits and spices. Flavour is of caramel malts. Nothing special.

Feb 28, 2008 Bottle, 7%. Fruity brown sugar aroma. Citric flavour. Very high carbonation. Some roasted notes behind all the citrkic flavours and CO2.

Feb 12, 2008 33 cL bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours hazy brown with a deep orange and reddish hue and a collapsing tan head. Malty and brett aroma. Flavour is brett and dry with an underlying malt sweetness. Finish is smooth caramel and chocolate malty. Has dry woody note from brett. Ends with a woody and citric note blending in with a solid malt base.

Feb 8, 2008 Very lively out of the bottle with a massive misformed head overflowing from the glass. A sour, raw smell dominates. Flavour is also sour with a metallic aftertaste. The unpleasant sourness doesn’t allow any malt flavour to come through.
