Bottle. [Papsoe tasting 31-08-2008, thanks buddy] Large bubbly off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Aroma of dusty grain, nutty, toasted malt. Over the palate came a hint of floral hoppy notes combined with an underlying malty base. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Light sweet and mild bitter finish.

Oct 11, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear deep golden with an off-white head. Clean malty aroma with a whiff of cardboard. Light body with light malt accents, a little caramel and cardboard. Very subdued bitterness. 310808

Oct 5, 2008 EBF2008. The color is warm golden and the head is OK. The aroma has sweetness and notes of malt and caramel, and the same goes for the flavour. They did not drop the hop-bag into this brew, that’s for sure.
