(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, golden beer - almost honeyish - with a very small head. When cold you only detect a weak, spicy, perfumy aroma, but as it warms this beer really reveals it’s extreme complexity. You’re pretty much carpetbombed with refined aromas of fruit, honey and flowery hops. A great brew indeed. 210301

A nice beer, very easy drinking, but strong enough to make me savor it, good flavor, will have again. I enjoyed this beer. Re-rate,4/06 A nice sweet brew, nice sweetness to it, nice hop profile, can’t wait to go back to Saarland again, and hopefully meet with the brewer! I under-rated it before, nice to go back and see what a great beer this is!
