Aug 25, 2008 A regular drinker when Back home, Golden pour, fluffy head, nice yeasty flavor,with a hint of hay, grain, Earthy. I get this local, and I have great hopes for this brewer!

Feb 1, 2008 Bottle. Yellow / golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop. A little bit boring.

Jan 23, 2008 Bottle. Good yeast aroma, a little hops and rag. Slightly hazy golden colour. Big stable white head. Goof mouthfeel. Quite flavourful, but unfortunately the hop flavour is a bit rough. Still quite OK.

Jan 4, 2008 [Bottle from MiP shared with Henrik at new years eve.] A nice beer with many good notes of the straws, grains and alcohol. Wellbalanced and ok.
Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark
Dec 31, 2007 Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of straw, but also a light touch of cardboard. Thanks to Papsoe for this one.
