OH god why did I think a 16.5% would be a cool idea. Aroma is the best thing about this beer, sharp cider and honey. But it goes downhill fast after that. Taste is immense honey and alcohol. Then the burn, oh god the burn. One sip is all it takes to pour this shit down the drain.

Brown bottle, 650 ml, purchased at Dépanneur de la rive, “savoured” on August 19 2009; eye: golden, clear, good effervescence, champagne-style white head that disappears almost completely; nose: sugar, alcohol, sweat; mouth: sugar, alcohol, sweat, really sweet; overall: one sip is enough FRANÇAIS Bouteille brune, 650 ml, embouteillée en 2009, achetée au Dépanneur de la rive, « savourée » le 19 août 2009; œil : dorée, claire, bonne effervescence, mousse blanche style champagne qui disparaît presque complètement pas de dentelle; nez : sucre, alcool, sueur; bouche : sucre, alcool, sueur, très sucrée; en résumé : une gorgée, c’est suffisant

Bouteille 650ml. De couleur dorée et claire. Nez intense d’alcool liquoreux sucré, de fruits artificiels (pêche, agrumes, ananas) avec des notes de grains de malt pâle. Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement fort-moyen et une texture liquoreuse et légèrement sirupeuse. Moyen goût de fruits artificiel (pêche, ananas, agrumes) accompagné d’un goût d’alcool liquoreux intense, très réchauffant et très sucré (brûlant la bouche et présent en avant-plan durant toute la gorgée) auquel viennent se greffer des petites notes de grains de malt pâle et de houblon herbeux (gazon mouillé). Post-goût moyen et sec, amer d’alcool réchauffant sucré. À ce prix, une bière pour les robineux huppés de ce monde.

This clear, golden poison smells and tastes like fruity, spiked piss. Quite possibly the most vile beverage I’ve ever tasted. It should be illegal.

660ml bottle. Clear golden with a medium fizzy head. Poor retention and below average lacing. Aroma is very sweet with alcohol, cheap liquor, vomit, cream soda, Very awkward. Ok, now I must be courageous and taste it... Flavor remind me a little of smirnoff ice without the lemon. Very sweet, lots of alcohol, soda and a very weird flavor reminescent of throwing up after bad mix of cheap shots and beer during my teenage years. After two sips I have the feeling that one more would have given me a strong headache. Yikes!

660 ml bottle, 5,99$. Aroma of headache, fruit, sweet white wine and headache again. Very fizzy. Pale golden color, with white head with large bubbles. Extremely alchoolic taste, fruits, dryness, some spices. Opened it with a brewer; none of us had more than three sips. Unpleasant and totally undrinkable. I need anger-management tricks because the unsignificance of this beer (and the also dispickable Loup Garou) and of this crappy business is making me have violent thoughts. I f***ing lost 14 $ and almost got sick because of them! So I wish them great money losses...
