Sep 20, 2008 Sampled on draught at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy bright yellow colour. Aroma is of lemons honey and flowers. Taste is wheaty and tart, slighty citrusy sourness. Otherwise nice beer.

Sep 13, 2008 Corn. There shouldn’t be corn flavor in a saison. A little sour, some wild yeast. This beer is all over the place. I love the style but this recipe needs refinement.

Sep 3, 2008 Draft pour from the brewpub. Hazy yellow appearance with fast dissapating head. Yeast, and malt aroma. Definite sweet honey and citrus flavor with a tart/bitter finish. A decent Saison.
