Another from Skyview. Sour fruit with wheat and yeast. Pink in color. It really is sour, with fruit and yeast. Thanks to Skyview for this one.

Soft pink color. Great first tart fit, and then fizzles of flavor like a fireworks display in my mouth--a bright hit against a dark sky, and then gone, disappointingly. A little sickly at the back end. The fruit flavors are not multidimensional enough. There is some classic pungency that suggests the brewers have wider visions of the lambic/sour style. A great effort. (growler shared by Skyview)

[Growler] shared by skyview. Pours a rosy clear pink with a smallish off white head. Aroma is slightly underripe crabapple and a touch of plastic. Flavor has a fairly sour/tart front that fades quickly. Berry flavor that isn’t immediately identifiable as cranberry and still a touch plastic-y

Growler courtesy of Skyview. Clear, light pink color with a medium head. The cranberry aroma is there, but not as screaming as I had expected. Definitely some wheat and hay. Much the same in the taste, though the cranberry is much more pronounced. Light tartness.

On draught at the brewpub in downtown Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. Pours a clear salmon colored brew with a light pinkish white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind a spotty white lacing. Aroma of some apple, tart berries, cranberries and a touch of wheat malt. Taste is slightly tart/sour with more cranberry in flavor than its aroma with a nice wheat and golden grain malt background. Finish continues its semi-tart berry character aftertaste with a slight metallic texture. Definitely would try this one again.

The newest beer on tap at Grumpy Troll. Pours a clear bright pink colour with no head. Aroma is of strong over ripe fruits- peace, lime and cranberries. Sour taste, lemon and green apple flavors. All around i thought it was decent.
