Tap. Pours dark gold with a full head that quickly settles. Aroma is a wheat, yeast and citrus blend. Flavor is wheat and corriander start with a fruity finish. Has a lot in common with a good weiss beer. Creamy to the palate.

On tap at the Grumpy Troll brewpub. Unfiltered golden brown with a thin off-white head. Aroma of orange, yeast and mild corn. Smooth and creamy body of orange, lemon and yeast leads up to a dry finish. Solid witbier.

On draught at the brewpub in Mt Horeb, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that disipates clean with no head nor any white ring. Aroma of strong banana esters, multi-grain wheat, some yeast and a touch of coriander. Taste is medium bodied, semi-sweet, very light carbonation with flavors of malted wheat, yeast and more coriander. Finish is just as semi-sweet as the flavor, with aftertastes of banana esters, wheat and orange.

On tap at Grumpy Troll. Poured lightly-cloudy pale golden with not much head at all. The aroma picked up soft and dusty wheaty notes balanced with spicy orange peel and coriander.. there was some odd herbal stuff at the end. The flavor was quite sweet overall with odd wheaty malts at the core.. spicy, but tacky coriander and orange peel surrounded the tongue.. the spices hit rather suddenly and threw off the balance. Lighter-bodied and refreshing on the palate with too much spicage at times.
