30cl bottle; Nose is delicious of spices, yeast, light apply fruit, and a tiny funk note; lightly hazed golden color with a big yellowish head; flavor with some tartness, clovey spices, yeasti graininess, and nice tart finish. Nice funky tripel and kind of underrated!

30 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow to orange with a white head. Aroma is earthy and spiced aroma. Yeasty and mild spiced flavoured with a distinct phenolic note. Ends dry and yeasty.

[Sampling at Scheffel.] 4 years old. Exploiding head and 1.000.000 sediments. Offwhite head with old triplenotes like caramel, fruity ester and yeast.

300ml bottle &#40;Cracked Kettle&#41;<br /> Pale clear gold, brief light head, collapses to a slightly scummy layer. Big light fruity esters, slightly vinous, but also heads towards whiteboard markers. To-style with a hoppy component, but more of the light malts. Quite lively in the mouth, almost fizzy, worth a swirl or two. Taste quite light, good post-swallowing vapours to rise up the nose. Paradoxically, despite the light fruitiness, it’s also fairly earthy and organic. Fairly thin body, almost watery - no malts to get my teeth into. That’s possibly not helped by the fizziness. The hops take a while to build up, but by heck do they build up! They are perhaps a little too anaesthetic after a few sips. The volatility of the aroma gives it away slightly, but the taste covers the 8.5% very well. The hops could be a little more restrained.

Orange with a lasting white head. Aroma of chalk &#40;!&#41; some pineapple and malt. Sweet and malty flavour, with some yeast character.
