Commercial Description:
A soft full-flavoured cider bred under the warm Brittany skies. Made from fully ripened Breton varieties. The "consumer-friendly" label shows a Breton peasant seated on a barrel sampling the goods. Partially filtered.

bottle at cafe rouge. Nose of apples, yeast and alcohol with some metal. Tasty is yeasty and metallic. Sweet. Not great.

Cloude golden, carbonated. notes of apples and some grass. Sweet flavour and dry finish.

Cloudy deep golden with tiny white short lasting head. Somewhat dry flavor with notes of apples, wood and hay.

Bottle, november 07. Slightly golden beige color with a dissappearing white head. Slightly cheese aroma with some fruity notes. Fruity, funky taste. Nice. Medium to light palate. Refreshing but with a short aftertaste. Nice light cider.

Draught@London Drinker 07. Quite sweet, but with some nice tart juiceyness in there. A bit too apple juicy, but not bad in the end. If it was a touch less sweet it would have been better.
