Like drinking the milk of life from God’s sweet tit. My favorite beer. I have tried all the hand crafted micro stouts, some good, some not so good. (there is no bad beer, just bad headaches) I still come back to Arth. May be my heritage, but i could drink this on my cereal in the morning.

You can’t go wrong with this stout when you get it on draught. If you find a bar that will add the Shamrock to the head, you’re in business. Very slight coffee aroma but not a hint in the taste. A bitter stout with a rich creamy head.

The classic draught. The bigger the better. I could drink them all day long. Is it true that if you drink 2 Guinness, a cup of OJ and a cup of milk and you get all your daily vitamins? I would bet a case on it.

14.9 ounce can. Pours a very dark brown, almost black, with a very nice, massive, creamy, clingy, light tan head that lasts a while. Taste is of coffee, roasted malt, milk/creme and is bitter in the finish. Kind of light, thin and watery, but still tasty overall. Aroma matches the taste. Overall, this is a pretty enjoyable, fulfilling and refreshing beer that is nice to have every now and then.

This is always a gorgeous beer. The aroma is muted by the head, but there is a little roasted smell. It is medium (maybe medium-light) bodied and creamy. The flavor is slight and unoffensive. It’s mostly the flavor of roast. When there are only macros on tap, this is the one I go for.

Bottle. Aroma of come coffee and roasted malt. Flavor of, well, watery malt. Palate is, well, watery. It’s just not a very good beer.
