tjthresh (1348), Greenfield, Indiana, USA Jul 28, 2008 Pours opaque black with a light brown head that leaves some spotty lace behind. Odd aroma. Its fruity. Cooked raisins? Sorghum, I guess. I’m not sure I’ve ever dealt with sorghum before. Odd is all I can really say about it. Come different flavors than I’m used to as well. Dark fruit juice, smoke, lots of roast, and a bit of oxidation. Medium body, creamy, highly carbonated and dry. I nice beer. Thanks cgarvieuk.
