I have been drinking this for a number of years and I dont intend to stop. Absolutely gorgeous taste when freezing cold, if bought in bottles, its best to leave them in the fridge overnight to get the best temp. Or bung it into the freezer for about 30 minutes, whichever you prefer. :) Dedollewaitor (3754), Odense, Denmark

Roasted malts & chocolate. smooth mouthfeel though it has a Watery flat body & texture. I like this better than the original version. OK Nightfall (647), Athens, Greece

Usually I find the can here (prefer the export bottle though :P). A very good stout, very smooth like silk, lots of cofee. DruncanVeasey (2753), The Penguin’s Arms, Europe, Warwickshire, England
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 24, 2006 A snort of bittersweet malty chocolate. Pungently bitter black-coffee roastiness. Bit of a watery body, but still as luxurious and flavour-packed as some Dubbels twice its strength. madsberg (5049), Søborg, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 12, 2006 Bottled. Dark brown coloured with a red gleam. Fluffy light brown head. Sweet and light roasted aroma. Quite bland. Flavour of light roast, light chocolate and some herbal notes. Is surprisingly thin bodied and has a quite watery texture. Roasty light bitter end. Had expected more. Nicko (191), Ashfield, Australia

Very flat black with fruity coffee aromas. Dry hop bitterness, milk stout aftertaste. NachlamSie (1644), Tennessee, USA

Pours black/red I guess, with a giant creamy tan head that will not go away. Aroma is slightly sour, chocolatey. It resembles a bigger version of Guinness Draught more than it does the Extra Stout that is brewed in Canada. A lot more sourness is evident here. It’s almost puckering. The finish is sweet of burned chocoalte. Mouthfeel is very smooth, not to the point of nitrogen, but pretty silky, none-the-less. Fin (3455), Merton, Oxfordshire, England
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 25, 2006 Bottle pours black with a tan head, burnt aromas, and a very burnt and bitter taste, coffee, and some chocolate tastes also present. Whilst not as good as the Foreign Export Guinness this is jolly decent and a much cheaper and more interesting alternative to the creamy bland Guinness you’ll find just about everywhere else in the world.
