Smells like pears, tastes like heaven (fruity,no alcoholic taste whatsoever). This lovely beer taste lasts long in your mouth. Definitely one of my favourites!

Apr 8, 2009 Dark yellow pour, very opaque. Light head. Sweet aroma, of Sweet Tarts. Very interesting and inventive. Light feel over the palate with a tingling sensation. Sweet flavors greet the drinker. No alcohol is tasted but is certainly felt. The sweet notes continue to linger after the finish. Wow this was a very good quad. Not over the top like some tend to drift towards, but this was solid through and through.

Apr 4, 2009 Dark brown, low carbonation very "bready", a sweet maltiness reminescent of a belhaven wee heavy. Also notes of banana , caramel and plum. Alcohol is amazingly well hidden.
a very nice brew if you are inthe mood for a slightly sweet beer.

Aroma: Nice Belgian yeast aroma. Fruity with a light spice.
Appearance: Light Amber in color, hazy with a thin head.
Flavor: Belgian flavoring with the yeast and dried fruit. Very full flavored.
Palate: Dry Belgian finish, with a great Mouthfeel.
Overall: Very smooth and tasty Belgian beer . This was full of life and will try again when I have this opportunity. Thanks Doug.

Mar 30, 2009 Great Belgium triple. I love the sweet/sour aroma of peach and cherries. You can taste the ABV% in this one. Overall well worth the try.

Mar 29, 2009 Reminiscent of Chimay Blue, I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Caramel malty nose and flavor with grilled pineapple and peaches on the palate. Excellent beer and I would definitely drink it again.

Mar 28, 2009 Bottle. Pours a dark clear maroon color with a light beige head. Smell is of red fruits, cherries, a bit of belgian yeast and caramel. Taste is fruity, gummy, yeasty, with some brown sugary and raisin notes quite prominent as well. Bright flavors, yet very sweet overall. Body is a bit watery for a strong beer like this and it has quite soft carbonation. Interesting beer, but it gets really sweet after even just 1/4 of the bottle.
