Gulpener Chateau Neubourg

Taste on 01.10’09, bought @ Mitra. Special blue bottle, yellow color, with normal white head. Aroma sweet, grainy-malts. Thin body. Taste sweet, malts, very little fruit touch.

330 ml (exclusive looking) bottle. Golden body with a diminishing white head. Aroma of grain and light malty. Flavor is sweetish, metallic harsh bitter malt with a feeling of high alcohol level without this is the case. Boring and not very nice flavor.

Hum! perché no!? questa pilsner tutto sommato era piuttosto gustosa, con un bel luppolo (anche più presente di quanto mi aspettassi), si presenta anche bene sia in bottiglia che nel bicchiere, insomma è stata proprio la birra adatta per fare due o tre chiacchiere in compagnia e godersi un po’ di frescura nel gargarozzo: beverina as hell, non un colosso ma sicuramente un buon esempio dello stile.

This pilsener has a tendency towards white beer. The perfume is too fruity.

Birthday gift, fancy 50cl blue bottle. Clear golden yellow colour, frothy white head leaving good lace. Aroma of fine hops, grass, some malts. Flavour is malty sweet, followed by a good lingering hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Really nice German style pilsner.

Blue Bottle. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Malty aroma and taste with grassy notes. Semi bitter finish.

Bronze color with nice white head, aroma of flowery grassy hop with some yeast notes, flavor is mainly malty with some corn sweet and some clove notes, finish is bitter. Nice style

Poured golden in color. Aroma was light floral hops. Taste was floral hops, malt and some fruitiness. Not bad.
