30 cL bottle. Pours dark and golden brown with a small off-white head. Sweet malty aroma, light note of caramel. Flavour too is sweet caramel flavoured, minor alcohol and vague metallic note. Smooth and easy caramelish into a mild bitter finish.

Bottle. Brown beer with a strongish head. The aroma is malty and yeasty, and the flavour is yeasty and sweetly malty and spiced. Overall a disappointing beer.

Bottle. Amber brown with a small head. Aromas are toffee malts with citrus and spices. Flavours are toffee malts with chocolate and some roast malts. Dry and a bit stale. Bitter on the finish with some metal. OK.

330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)
Caramelly brown, small tight head. Initially a little lagery malty aroma, but that sweetens to become more bocky and a little fruity after a while. Sweet almost sherbetty body, good carbonation, very crisp. That crispness is highlighted by the spiky throbbing hoppiness. Slight alcoholic hit, but well within acceptable bounds. Sweet malty body helps keep the hop spike grounded. Decent hoppy finish. Just what I needed after nearly a week of abstinence!

An yellow/amber colored beer with a off white head. The aroma is malty and sweet of caramel and some fruits. The taste is fruity of orange, a little hop and malt. A sweet aftertaste.

Bottle @ home. Dark golden colour, white head. Nose of citrus, hops and malts. Taste is malty sweet, little hops, some citrus. This is not the sweetness I like in a beer.

Bottle. Quite hoppy, flowery, light citrus, moderate malty, like fresh bread. Small white creamy head, rather fast disappearing. Clear orange body. Medium duration, medium sweet and light acidic. Light to medium body, dry and creamy texture, lively carbonation. Nice one.
