From the Bottle at RBESG Harlequin, Sheffield 19/07/2009 Some hop aroma. Amber coloured and hoppy with a little bitterness in a crisp and malty finish.

Bottle@Home. Sweet malty and grainy aroma. Brown colour, beige head, good lace. Pretty sweet, light bitter, malty, hints of caramel and dried dark fruit. Tasted like the lesser version of Lindeboom Echt 2009.

Ligth brown coloured beer with a small white head and medium carbonation. A hoppy yeasty aroma. Full palate with touches of malt. Finish is roasted bitter.

Bottle 30 cl. Dry malty smell, with a sweet undertone. Red brownish colour with beige foam. Taste is too sweet in the beginning, indeed syrup as fonefan describes. The finish is a bit bitter, but again the sweetness has a big part in that too.
