Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, syrup - molasses. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090719]

Aug 22, 2009 Bottled. Copper colour with small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, some fruits as well as quite bready and earthy. Flavour is raisins and also quite much of the same as in the aroma. Much more sweet than Alfa or Budels Echt 2009.

Bright red color, small off-white head. Cardboard, caramel and berries in the nose. Caramel, sweet maltyness, light grassy hoppyness. Simple palate, a bit plain after Alfa and Budels Echts.

Jun 10, 2009 Bottle. Dark amber color. Malty bready flowery aroma. Malty sweet flavorwith cake dough, hints of cinnamon and mango and a soft but persistant flowery hopbitterness. Sticky mouthfeel. If this is a märzen it is an oversweet one.

Pours golden amber with a fine, creamy, beige film head. Aroma has rye, rather grainy and sweet. Light carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is far too sweet, but some rye is in there to give it a slightly balancing sour-bread feel. Okay.
