Beer2000 (1775), Kristiansand, Norway Jul 23, 2009 300 ml bottle. Golden body with a white head. Aroma is light malty, hay and alcohol. Flavor is sweet malt with too much alcohol. Pretty primitive and not balanced at all. JanEric (167), Meppel, Netherlands May 9, 2009 50cl can. Looks, smells ans tasted as a strong pilsner. A little bit more hoppy, but not really inviting to another can. fonefan (10868), VestJylland, Denmark May 6, 2009 Bottle 30cl. @ home. [20090304] auderale (572), Fairchild AFB, Washington, USA Mar 1, 2009 Bottle: Amber colored pour with large off white head. Sweet, malty, grassy nose. Sweet metallic finish. Not bad... yespr (11645), Copenhagen O, Denmark Feb 27, 2009 50 cL can. Pours clear and golden orange with a white and slowly collapsing head. Light grassy and dense alcohol aroma. Sweet syrupy flavoured with a light toasted malt presence and somewhat bitter flavoured into the finish. Slight throat burning alcohol dense finish. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jan 7, 2009 Courtesy of Philippe (Bov) Hazy copper color. Strange aroma, fruits, band-aid, alcohol. Medium body strength, the mouthfeel is a bit oily, there is a sweetish and reasonable malt flavor, all spoiled by a too high alcohol and band-aid feeling. Undrinkable. leaparsons (4659), Leicester, Leicestershire, England Dec 23, 2008 Bottle. Golden with a small white head. Aromas are sweet caramel malts with peppery and herbal notes. Some metal and evident alcohol. Flavours are sweet ripe pear with brown sugar and tea. Spicy and with alcohol on the finish. Not bad. asheft (1374), Marburg, Germany Nov 30, 2008 Aroma of very strong and spicy German hops melded with some spicy melanoidins. Brownish dark gold and clear with a slowly dwindling head of large white bubbles under a fine foam. Bocky, strong lager with tons of ethanol flavour throughout and a brown sugary taste. The bitterness comes in at the end together with some bitter walnut. The alcohols don’t end at ethanol, but sort of seems a bit like ispropanol with the bitterness. Yuck. Very warming, light to medium body, medium carbonation, slightly bitter finish.
