Bottle, 6.5%. Caramelly and spicy aroma, cardamum. Clear dark brown colour, red shine. Very small tan head. The flavour is quite sweet and spicy, some cookies. Well-balanced.

Aroma is of sweet, ripe fruits. Flavour is mega sweet. Alike to a fruit syrup with a mixture of autumnal red fruits as a base.

Dark brown with a red hue and a huge, nice head. The aroma is sweet and malty with hints of dark fruit. The flavour has sweetness, caramel, malt, candy sugar, a bit of figs and light citrus. It’s nice, but not outstanding.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Dark brown colour with ruby hints, frothy pale brown head. Malty, slightly closed, nose with notes of dark fruit, chocolate and slight hints of cellar. Malty taste with dark fruit, ginger biscuits, toasty malt and spicy hops in a balanced finish. Tasty and balanced beer.
