Oct 11, 2002 Dark amber coloured beer with lasting head. Sweet chocolate, malty aroma. Very malty taste, sweet. Smooth sweet palate. Best bok sofar this year.

Nov 29, 2006 Bottle at Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Amber color, offwhite head. Malty aroma with hazelbuts, a bit dry. Malty, nutty flavor, fruity notes, maybe with some alcohol showing.

Dec 6, 2008 Bottle, 6.5%. Caramelly and spicy aroma, cardamum. Clear dark brown colour, red shine. Very small tan head. The flavour is quite sweet and spicy, some cookies. Well-balanced.
