Sep 11, 2008 Yum, my favorite Dutch witbier. Well, it’s Limburg, but it’s still the Netherlands. It’s very refreshing. Taste is full is yeast, fruity impressions, strong banana flavour.

Hazy pale yellow coloured, small white head, yoghurty yeasty nose. The taste is very fruity, light citrusy and spicy with pleasant and staid notes of coriander. Dry spicy finish. Like Gulpener Dort I was expecting something awful, but this one is very nice and refreshing beer.

Jul 23, 2008 On tap. Hazy bright yellow colour, very thick white head. Nose of citrus, coriander, yeast. Tastes like Nivea-ointment (don’t even ask), citrus, wheat. Not so good.

Jun 21, 2008 Bottled 33cl. It pours a very strongly hazy yellow beer with a white head. The taste is of orange peel, banana, coriander, elderberries, cloves and cereals accompanied by some sourness. Light bodied. Dry yeasty finish.
