Nice yellow hazy colour and a thin white head. The aroma is a bit spicy, grainy and with hints of yeast and citrus. The taste is slightly spicy with some esthers and citrus. Theres a quick kind of bitterness in the aftertaste. The carbonation is adequit and the mouthfell is of a medium bodied beer.

Pours a little flat. Aroma is a bit yeasty and spicy but there’s some sweetness there too. The sweetness in the flavour is only slight and is underlying offering just a hint of banana before the spicy slightly floral flavour takes over

0.5 l bottle. Hazy yellow color with large but diminishing head. Grainy and herbal aroma with citrus and grapefruit. Grainy, spicy and citrusy flavor with pepper and clove. Oily palate. Fairly dry and refreshing.

Unclear, pale colour, big head. Sweet flavors, with citrus tones. Nice aftertaste

0,25 l bottle. A refreshing wit for the summer. Banana, some coriander, a little citrus. I would consider adding a slice of lemon on a hot day.

drank a fair bit of this over a 6 month period. i fear that the bottle differs strongly from on tap - being overly sweet in the aftertaste. pours a bright yellow, with a very compact, small, white head which doesn’t last long. aroma is of citrus, coriander, some spicyness. taste of dry wheats is pure, combined with a sharp lemon kick, and refreshing sour finish. not as much going on as in a hoegaarden, none of the orange peel etc. but this is an incredibly refreshing beer to order in summer - wouldn’t drink too many at the same time though, quite a bold drink. marked down slightly because it seems to vary dramatically (?) +(august 08) do the blue and brown bottles of this actually vary? i would rate this drink at between 3.4 (at it’s very best - sour, citric, coriander, complex flavours and smooth refreshing taste) to as low as 2.6 (fairly watery, bland and sugary)

Bottle. One of my favourite styles. Pale colour with huge head, a little unclear. Nice aroma with coriander and orange notes. Typical belgian from the netherland ?? Taste sweet with notes of wheat, oranges and some coriander in the end. Not on line with Hoegarden.

Bottel.33cl. Nice aroma, the taste is a bit thin. Overall it is a good witbier, but the head is too small.
