mbuisman79 (134), Amsterdam, Netherlands Oct 15, 2009 Odorlos, tasteless, watery. Monotonous. I;m watching a documentary on baseball right now, much more interesting than this beer. Parket (219), Bruges, Belgium Sep 16, 2009 bottle, yellow colour with a small white head. Smell: artificial, just like the taste: very artificial, bitter, grainy, bitter and a sweet touch. Overall a monotone but average beer. The best Dutch pils I’ve tried. But that’s not really an achievement. gam (1068), brisbane, Australia Aug 16, 2009 Good head carb not strong yellow /gold pour.Aromas woody, hops, fruit.Flavour citric bitter grainy plesantness, malt sweetness not overdone, good mixture of hop and malt session pleaser, very refreshing, finish bitter sweet, fruit, malty, woody, not bad. bluevegie (2169), Perth, Australia Aug 14, 2009 Pale in colour although a somewhat decent head. Short hoppy aroma with the taste not much longer nor interesting. Straling (185), Heerlen, Netherlands Jun 22, 2009 Bottle 33cl.
Pours a clear golden colour with normal size head and normal carbonation.
I would say this is just another pilsener really, but compared to others I find it a bit more bitter. thebeertourist (2751), Oslo, Norway Feb 24, 2009 Bottle. Pale, clear golden with a decent head. Malty aromas and flavours, some grassy hop bitterness. Not the worst pale lager in the world. leaparsons (4659), Leicester, Leicestershire, England Dec 23, 2008 Bottle. Golden with a white head. Aromas are grain and citrus with biscuit and hay. Flavours are caramel and biscuit malts with lemon. Dry and bitter on the finish. Mediocre. chilangoglobal (97), Wagerningen, Netherlands Aug 6, 2008 A pale lager should be evaluated not for tis quality but for its character about dronking more than one, and this one has not. Is too watery and full of carbonate, smell is not good, the yellow colour and white foam is ok, but the taste is pretty bitter, the sensation of bitterness is not really enjoyable and it remains in the artertaste, it make it dificult to want drinking another one,
