Sep 27, 2009 After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive light brown foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a clear dark brown color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is light hoppybitter with a roasted caramel touch. This beer smells malty.

Jul 10, 2009 30cl Bottle at home. Clear amber colour, slight off white head. Aroma of grain, cardboard, light skunky hops, caramel. Flavour is grain, cardboard, caramel, medium sugary sweet with a light bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. The pilsener notes are too sharp IMO, and Oud Bruin is my least favourite beer style. I can’t say this is a match made in heaven..

Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081127]

Dec 29, 2008 Bottle. Quite malty smell, light sour aroma of bread. A little bit of hops. The white head is small, fizzy and only short lasting. The body is red and clear. The taste is rather sweet and refreshing, not bitter. Normal long duration, the beer is dry and soft. A good one.
