| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 12, 2008 Bottle 33 cl. Aroma is both hoppy and sweet spicy. The taste is a bit sweet, I detect cinnamon and ripe dark fruits, mostly prunes. A bit too sweet for me, like they added some unnatural sweetness too. A good winterwarmer though Ober (1226), Bommelerwaard, Netherlands

Not bad, but too tame........ TBone (6844), Pori, Finland

Deep ruby red color, good creamy beige head, lace. Spicey (clove, cardamon) caramel malty aroma with metallic notes. Medium-bodied. Same spices in the flavor. Caramel malts, alcohol less dominant than 8.5% indicates. Feels more lager than ale. Similar to the old version, but this one has more body.
