Sep 13, 2005 2004 Edit. - When I poured the beer in the glass, there was simply no head! The color of the body is Belgian Ale like. Flavor a bit disappointing, not very complex.

Dec 10, 2002 Updated: Jul 22, 20032002 version. Apricot aroma. Sweet taste with an apricot fruitiness and a slight hopbitterness. Just a hint of sourness. Full bodied. Hopbitter finish. 1997 version, tasted 22.07.03Slightly smoky sherry aroma, no head, hardly any lacing. Sweet sherry flavor, sugary and thin. Cheap sweets flavor. Alcohol. Way past its peak, but still pleasant enough to drink.

Dec 24, 2003 Bottled 2003 version: Golden coloured. Beige large head. Malt, light yeast and fruit in the aroma. Malt, ligth alcahol burnt and some sweetness in the flavour. Light bitter aftertaste.

Jan 26, 2002 Rating the 2001 version! Aroma is molasses and a little roasted. Brown, small off-white head, no lace. Initial taste is sweet and caramel and promising. Bud ... nothing happens. Medium body. Short sweet finish.
